Red Robin Complaint - 2 times is enough - product

MENTOR, OHIO -- Have eaten at this restaurant twice in Mentor, OH and the first time I had a hair in my chicken sandwich, and the second time I had a hair in my fries this is very unacceptable and I will not be eating there again.

Ive been to red robin once in my life, will not go back either. The fries sucked, our server sucked....was nver around give refill our "endless" fries. The burger was okay at best.

I used to be a regular at Red Robin. Once I got a garment tag in my burger. The manager told me it was from a side towel. At the same restaurant, someone got a nail in their pasta fresca. Management told them it came from a tomato crate.
Generally speaking, their menu seemed to become less interesting from 1996 to 2004, the time period I went there. Fortunately, Red Robin banned me from darkening their door, which is a story for another day.

I'd love to hear that one, Trmn8r! I've been to the RR here a few times, but I've found it too loud to hold a decent conversation with anyone and Prince is right, they're never around for the supposed endless fry refills.

I love RR. I've never gotten a tag or a hair or a nail in my food and I think they have yummy food.
