Gevalia Coffee Complaint - Coffee pods for Tassimo coffee machine

Better quality control is needed on the Decaf Gevalia coffee pods for the Tassimo machine. The pod must not be designed properly or the paper cover on the pod needs different consistently. What happens is when used the grinds get all over the mechanism and into the coffee in the cup. Considering the price charged for the pods, that should not happen as often as it does. I have used other flavors, but the decaf seems the worse.

Ew coffee grounds in a cup of coffee is the worst! Have you contacted the manufacturer to let them know of this?

I have that same machine and the same coffee! I've not had that problem at all and I use it every day. are you sure your placing the disk in correctly? do you clean the little spout device that opens the disk? and the bar code reader?
