Cruise.com Complaint - Prepaid Gratuities NOT - Cruise package

Cruise.com advertises prepaid gratuities without specifying any restrictions. Throughout the entire booking process, there is no mention of any restrictions. They only tell you later that you get the prepaid gratuities only for certain cabin categories. By that time, it is too late. There are many honest travel sites to book a cruise and Cruise.com is NOT one of them.

I prefer to do my own tips and trips. It avoids problems like this.
