Chipotle Compliment - Great Customer Service!

PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS -- This afternoon I visited my local Chipotle to take advantage of the BOGO offer they are running with Facebook and America's Next Great Restaurant. While paying for my food the young lady at the register forgot to process my coupon. She called her manager over to try to straighten it out and was very polite and apologetic the whole time we were waiting. When her manager came over he offered me two solutions, he could either issue a refund but since I used my debit it would take a few days to process or he would give me the coupon back making notes on it that it would be for two free burritos at any point in the future with no expiration. I will be getting my two burritos in the very near future and this location has won me as a customer for a very long time.
I know this isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of life, but you always hear about bad and very rarely the good. The manager at Chipotle did a good thing and I want people to know about it.
