Skullcandy Complaint - Shipping Sucks! - 2 Day Shipping
2 Day Shipping - Complaint
PARK CITY, UTAH -- We ordered $70 Headphones off the website Saturday morning. We selected 2 day shipping for $10.93 knowing they would get on it early Monday. The headphones are to be delivered Wednesday evening. I called Skullcandy Wednesday morning and explained that I paid for 2 day shipping. The two geeks I spoke to states on the website they are allowed 1-2 days for processing. Then why offer 2 day shipping if you can't deliver! I asked for a refund and they gave me whiny excuses that they didn't nothing wrong. I said ok you lost a customer over $10 and hung up! They are sorry!!!
I paid too much for the headphones anyway but thought at least I could get them for my son for a basketball trip. NO LUCK! Skullcandy Sucks!

Many companies don't consider Saturday & Sunday as delivery days. So if the order was placed on Saturday, it gets processed on Monday and is delievered on Wednesday. If you purchased it on Friday, then delivery would be Tuesday.

Steve is correct. Weekends are not considered business days.
But if you order an item before the cut off point on Friday, and request Saturday delivery, which is costly, but worth it sometimes if you really want an item.

It is my opinion that next day deliveries are a waste of money. The regular shippings are fast enough.

the shipping guarantees start after they process the order. So, If you ordered over the weekend and they did not process the order until Monday, Your 2 day delivery would be on Wednesday and you got what you paid for.
