Online Sales Of Oils, Perfumes, Car Sprays - Complaint
LITTLE FALLS, NEW JERSEY -- Ordered "Eternity" car spray, Feb.14, 2011, from "thescentwizard.com". The company deducted the money from my account promptly, sent me a confirmation via email that they deducted the money, and I never received the product. I tried to contact them numerous times via email and telephone, and no response. The telephone number I called had a voicemail box that was full.
I still to this day have not received my product that has been paid for and can not reach them! This is ridiculous!

Have you disputed the charge with your bank? If not, you should do so right away. Since you stated they deducted the amount from your account I'm assuming you used a debit card? I'm overly cautious about using my debit card with companies I've not done business with before, for this very reason...one, I just gave them access to my bank account and two if there is a problem it takes longer to dispute through a bank than a CC. Good luck!
