21st Century Insurance Company Complaint - Stay Away - Thieves/Liars/Criminals Should Be in Jail - Auto Insurance

Auto Insurance - Complaint
Review by Ripped to Hell on 2011-03-23
Took $ out of checking account when all we wanted was info - we did NOT authorize it, and told representative so!It was too much and we did NOT want it! Now we are without food or gas and I will lose my job (our only income)tom orrow because I have no way to get there. Rep said to fax a form - I told her to learn to listen to customers - how can I get to library/pay for fax w/no gas or money! What a damn idiot! They lst sAID 3-5 DAYS TO RETURN $, NOW SUDDENLY 7-10 DAYS - WE WILL STARVE BY THEN AND I WILL NOT EVEN HAVE A WAY TO GET MY LAST PAYCHECK. I had to repeat my complaint to each stupid girl because each refused to tell the other nature of problem. Bunch of total imbeciles!! Remember "let them eat cake?" These dirtbags should go to jail - STAY AWAY WE BEG OF YOU!!!

I must ask--how did the insurance company get your checking account number?

Good question. How much did they take and how did they get your account info? Terrible situation. Escalate it until you get your money returned.

They insisted o9n the # in order to supply the quote - resfused otherwise. My husband said NOT to process it because we didn't have all the money and thought it was too expensive anyway so said did not want. DO NOT EVER give a # when someone says you must to get a quote, Hang up on the jerk. Update: Suprv. said we should go to the bank fill out forms, I said how can we w/ no$? How do I get to work w/o $? He said "What does money have to do w/ you getting to work?" He simply did not get it and called him a name you cannot say here. -- Ripped to Hell

One - never, EVER devulge your bank number for a simple quote. Second - get online, NOW and find an insurance provider so you can keep your job. Third-lesson learned the hard way.

Wow, that is terrible that they said you had to give your bank account number in order to give a quote! You can go to almost any insurance provider's website and get a quote online without supplying any personal information. Tough lesson to learn.

Moved From Other Review: Update: We have contacted the police because they are still refusing to refund the money they stole. It is too late to repair the damage to our lives from this. I hope they rot in hell, or as an older lady I used to know said go to sh**.

They insisted on your checking account number just to give you a quote? I would have told them to go pound sand right on the spot.

As azspots said, make sure you get your car insured before you drive it, so a bad situation doesn't become horrible.
