Indy Air Care Complaint - What a waste of time - Replacement of dryer vent
Replacement of dryer vent - Complaint
Called Indy Air Care to replace 2nd story dryer vent. Explained where the vent was and how high. Two people showed up to do the job. They knocked on my door 5 minutes later and said their ladder was not long enough and would come back. They never did. I called answering service and left message.....They never called me back. I finally got a hold of the "owner". He was totally useless. He showed up at my house to tell me his ladder was not tall enough. He then
Proceeded to tell me the first two people that showed up were contractors....eventhough they had shirts on with indy air care.
Needless to say......if anyone calls thesenguys for anything...they will see that they are inept and are going to waste your time. I can honestly say that this is the biggest joke of a company I have EVER encountered.?....EVER!!!!

There is actually a specialty company with "air" in the name that does dryer vents - interesting.
Sounds like the specialty of this company is sending out Bozo the Clown instead of a handyman.

Consider hiring a licensed and bonded local handyman to do the job.
