PO BOX 920,SUISUN CITY, CALIFORNIA -- After 26 years of being a good customer, insuring all my cars, houses, I am looking for a new insurance company that would treat me with respect and dignity.

AAA is an embarrassing institution that leaves a stain on the entire insurance industry. Representatives ** gave me the run around and laughed about how there was nothing I can do to get better service. I can only hope that they will lose their jobs. Their policy relative to investigations is absolutely laughable. I can only imagine the thousands of individuals who have been screwed over by these two individuals, not to mention the company as a whole!! Let the world know, if you choose AAA, you will get the same run-around. Good luck not meeting **!!!

TRAVERSE CITY, MICHIGAN -- Nightmare from hell and it is still not over. Had an accident in December; was so long on hold I had to call the tow company and police for help. Called to report the claim the next day. On hold forever (more than 1 hour). Could not file a claim at the office 1 block from my house! Cancelled the insurance in February. Still receiving billing. It is July and they still are billing.
