I reserved a car through your company and when I arrived at the Orlando airport to pick up the reserved car your company had no car for me. This occurred when there was a shortage of cars and your manager would not make any type of ammends to my situation including holding a car for me if one was returned.
The other
car rental companies were able to meet the needs of their customers who had reserved cars, why wasn't your company? The
customer service was horrible and I was not the only person in line without a car that night. I have taken steps to contact your company with a formal complaint letter and the company still has not replied to the complaint. Why! I will never deal with your company again and I am recommending no one else does either.
